Hey There!! I am so happy you're here!

Growing up, family photos were part of every gathering. One of my most cherished memories is of my Grandma Gert forgetting to change the bulb in her camera and having to take the photo of us grandkids standing around my grandpa over and over! Those experiences and those memories are why I love to take photos of families and kids!

When I am not behind the camera, I am in my classroom teaching kids the joys of grade 7 mathematics (seriously, I think math is a joy and so are the kids I teach.) I love to photograph kids on the sports field, stage, taking their headshots for the drama club playbill, or doing what makes them the happiest.

The things I am most passionate about are my nieces and nephews (#beingauntmareismything), the rest of my family, reading personal development books and blogs, making people laugh, and nature. In my down time, you can find me walking/hiking local trails, working out, baking (thus the need for working out!), or binge watching The Great British Baking Show.
